2. 対象ユーザー | Intended Users

本アプリは、日本国内の小学生から高校生の英語学習者および学校・英語教育機関に所属するユーザーを対象としています。保護者や教育者による管理のもとでの使用を前提とします。

The App is intended for English learners in Japan, primarily elementary to high school students and institutions such as schools or tutoring centers. Use under supervision of parents or educators is recommended.
 

3. 使用条件と機能 | Usage & Features

• 本アプリでは、英語のリスニングおよび読解力を養うための音声対話形式の練習問題を提供します。

• すべての問題は、過去の英検®試験形式に基づいて独自にトレーニングされたAIモデルによって自動生成されており、各設問・選択肢・イラスト（該当する場合）については、年齢にふさわしい内容となるよう有資格の教育者による確認・監修が行われています。

• 各問題の正誤結果は学習者単位で記録され、学校ごとに設定されたパック（問題セット）に応じて利用が可能です。

The App provides English listening and comprehension exercises based on audio dialogues. All questions are pre-generated using a proprietary AI model trained on past Eiken® exam formats. Each question, answer choice, and illustration (if used) is reviewed by qualified human educators to ensure content quality, educational accuracy, and age appropriateness. Results, including correct and incorrect answers, are recorded for each learner. Users may access different Packs based on grade and school settings.
 

4. 学習者コードとアクセス | Student Code Access

• 各学習者は、学校や教育機関によって事前に登録された「学習者コード（Student Code）」を使って本アプリへアクセスします。

• 学習者コードは、学校IDと学習者番号をハイフン（-）で繋いだ形式（例: 202GHTS-002DHD）です。

Each user accesses the App using a pre-registered “Student Code” assigned by their school. A Student Code is structured by combining the School ID and learner’s unique code (e.g., 202GHTS-002DHD).
 

5. 禁止事項 | Prohibited Uses

以下の行為を禁止します：

• 不正アクセスまたは他人のアカウントの使用

• 本アプリの内容の無断転載・商用利用

• 当社や他のユーザーへの誹謗中傷・妨害行為

The following actions are prohibited:

• Unauthorized access or use of another person’s account

• Reproduction or commercial use of content without permission

• Harassment or disruptive behavior toward other users or our company
   

6. 知的財産権 | Intellectual Property

本アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（音声、テキスト、画像、ロゴ等）の著作権および知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。

All content in the App, including audio, text, images, and logos, are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to us or their respective owners.
 

7. サービスの変更・停止 | Service Changes

当社は、事前の通知なくアプリの機能の追加・変更・停止を行うことがあります。

We may modify or suspend the App or its features at any time without prior notice.
 

8. 免責事項 | Disclaimer

当社は、本アプリの内容の正確性や学習効果について保証するものではありません。また、技術的トラブルによる一時的なサービス停止について責任を負いません。

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or learning effectiveness of the App content. We are not liable for service interruptions due to technical issues.

9. 規約の変更 | Changes to Terms

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続する場合は、変更に同意したものとみなします。

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
 

10. 準拠法・裁判管轄 | Governing Law

本規約は日本法に準拠します。また、本アプリに関するすべての紛争は京都地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kyoto District Court.
 

クッキーポリシーに関する補足

本アプリは、ユーザーの体験を向上させ、使用状況の統計的分析を行うためにクッキーを使用することがあります。クッキーによって収集される情報には個人を特定するものは含まれません。

• 本アプリが利用するクッキーは、セッション管理、ユーザー設定の保存、アクセス状況の把握などに利用されます。

• 必要に応じて第三者の解析サービス（例：Google Analytics）を使用することがあります。その場合、該当サービス提供元のポリシーが適用されます。

• ブラウザの設定によりクッキーの使用を無効化することができますが、アプリの一部機能が正常に動作しない場合があります。
